When it arrives

Your pillow is compressed for shipping. Unbox it and give it 24–48 hours in a well-aired room to fully expand. New memory foam can have a light smell at first that fades as it airs out.

Spot clean the foam with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Don't machine wash or tumble dry the foam.
